“Great location, easy to walk to the General Store, Tubby’s and Farmer’s Market. From Wayne, it’s an easy drive to the coast or to the mountains for a hike. The house is clean and lots of room, as well as a spacious front deck looking out over Androscoggin Lake.”

“This house was just what we needed to cap our summer. All 5 of us gasped when we pulled in and saw the view! Kayaking and smores...rinse, repeat. Only tiny downside was the busy street which cut down on taking walks, but left more lake time! The photos don't do justice to the cleanliness and spaciousness. “Property was very charming, very clean and very quiet at night. As a senior citizen, the slope of the drive and walking up the steps was challenging at times. There was no lock on the door when we arrived. We walked right in. That was a little unnerving. The TV in the bedroom did not work that is it was not connected to the service and the bed in the front bedroom would move and whatever it is it’s underneath it would move and eventually the bed would feel like you’re at an angle.
