  • Este aeróbico de UN NIVEL, de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños en un lote de cresta se siente "encaramado" por encima de las nubes con más de 1000 panoramas en capas de las montañas y el valle que lo rodean. Una de las mejores vistas disponibles, con dos porches cubiertos, un solárium y la mayoría de las habitaciones interiores orientadas para aprovecharlas.

    A 15 minutos de distancia: dentro de 15 minutos se encuentran el histórico Downtown Waynesville, la pintoresca Blueridge Parkway, la zona de esquí Cataloochee, Tony`s Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (museo histórico de motocicletas, como aparece en History Channels "American Pickers") , Tienda de comestibles Ingles, Walmart y varios restaurantes excelentes.

    A 30 minutos: en 30 minutos se encuentran Asheville y Biltmore Estates & Winery, varias cervecerías locales, Cherokee, Harrah`s Casino, Smoky Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Forest, varios campos de golf, Bryson City (hogar de Smoky Mountain Railway y "Polar Express" durante las vacaciones de Navidad, el condado de Transilvania (hogar de la mayoría de las cascadas en los Estados Unidos) y más de 100 tiendas de antigüedades.

The Perch was great!

The house was on one level which was perfect for seniors. The road was a typical mountain road and was very well maintained. The view from the front porch was spectacular. We loved our stay at The Perch.

The fall leaves are beginning to show color

Wonderful….for second year in a row. We were just two so we spread out in this 3 bdrm, one story house! The view is incredible! We will be back.

Perfect Porch

The Perch has the perfect porch for enjoying the NC mountains in summer. Included is a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. On either side of the porch are butterfly bushes that provided a constant flutter of swallowtails. We really hope to come back next year.

Vacation Fun!

Our stay in the home was great. No real complaints. I would recommend that the landscaping be addressed for aesthetic purposes. And, if at all possible, include garbage disposal. We would visit again.

Great place, great views, great time!

We rented the house based on the views (which were fantastic), and were equally impressed by the well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and overall experience. We had one small window of time where we lost the internet signal, but both the rental agency and the tech support from the provider were incredibly responsive and had the issue fixed within minutes. I think we ate all of our meals on the front porch with such an expansive view. We had a great time and will definitely rent the property again.

The Perch

Great views but obstructed by overgrown vegetation. Nice size for family gatherings. Overall well maintained but few small things need fixing for e.g. broken screen doors. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
