“Great getaway and beautiful river venue - good consideration for large gatherings close to DFW; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, we stayed on a Tuesday night and staff left at 5 so no access to recreation cabin, ice, lodge until next morning. Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay. Room and BR extremely clean and quiet. No need...

“The Barn is an amazing little gem tucked away off the back roads away from the hustle and bustle, but near enough to easily get to fun things in Dallas and Fort Worth. Sitting on the porch enjoying my coffee with donkeys and cattle braying in the distance was so relaxing.”
