“A delightful little house on the edge of an estate where the beautiful big house is used as a wedding venue. The property is fairly spartan but the kitchen is well equipped, although there were a few repairs needed. We were very comfortable and pleased to have discovered the Old Dairy!”

“This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. “Extremely pleasant stay, super clean and the pictures are exactly what you get. Kitchen items make it extremely convenient to cook from home which was a huge bonus. Host is friendly with great communication. The location is also great with good distances to interesting attractions, lots to do around the area! Highly recommended!”

“Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little .”

“The house was ideal. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet spot but within easy travelling of the various sites and towns nearby. Rarely had to travel more than 30 minutes. There is a garden which was ideal for sitting in though the weather was mixed. Would like to be there in a sunny spell.”
