PRIVATE BOAT DOCK AND ONLY 8 STAIRS TO THE WATER

  • Nuestra casa está ubicada en el río Big Tallapoosa, no lejos de la carretera. 48 puente. Tenemos más de 250 pies de frente de agua en una cala tranquila. Nuestro muelle privado para botes tiene sillones, una sombrilla en el piso de arriba, un resbalón para botes y una sala de estar debajo. ¡El LANZAMIENTO EN BARCO del vecindario está justo al otro lado de la calle! El nivel principal de nuestra casa es un área grande con mesa y sillas de comedor, así como un mostrador con taburetes. Otra sección está dedicada a ver la televisión de pantalla plana mientras descansa en el sofá de cuero y otras sillas cómodas. La cocina también está en este nivel con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama. Tenemos casi todo lo que pueda necesitar en una cocina: batidora, bandejas para hornear, olla de cocción lenta. Hay un baño completo en este nivel con pisos de baldosas y encimeras de granito.

    Este nivel principal consta de 3 paredes de ventanas y pisos de madera dura de nogal. Hay puertas francesas que conducen desde este nivel a la cubierta cubierta que da al lago. Hay sillas para sentarse a la sombra mientras observa la pesca, el esquí y la natación. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios y un baño completo. El dormitorio principal es bastante grande con una sala de lavandería y vestidor. Hay una cama king size, un gran sillón reclinable de cuero y un televisor de pantalla plana, así como un armario para la ropa. Esta habitación tiene ventanas que dan al lago y puertas francesas que conducen a un patio. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y un conjunto de camas gemelas. La puerta entre el dormitorio completo y las literas se cerrará para mayor privacidad. Esta habitación también tiene puertas francesas que dan al patio.

    El área al aire libre tiene un sistema estéreo al aire libre, mesa y sillas para comer, así como sofás Pottery Barn para entretener o tomar una siesta y una nueva parrilla de gas Weber. ¡Suministramos la madera para la hoguera, que es ideal para asar esos malvaviscos!

Great week at the lake, house was well stocked and clean. Beautiful view of the lake and easy access to the lake, no steps at all if you come out of the lower level of the home. Dock was perfect for our 20' boat. Private community ramp directly across the street. Looking forward to coming back.

Right on the water with dock. Also there is a boat ramp area where you can walk into the water or put ur kayak in the water. The kitchen was fully stocked supplies and utensils, and had everything we needed.The house is down a very long dirt road, so I would suggest getting everything you need beforehand.

A nice relaxing 4 night week for us. We enjoyed the one kayak available by owner, and my son brought his paddle board to spend some paddling time on the water. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in morning, and refreshing beverage in the evenings on the deck or dock. The outside needs a little TLC, but still okay. Some things to note is that the house’s running water has iron in it, so no white things should be washed. Also, this is a lake house in the woods, and you can tell there is pest control, but you will find lots of insects, mostly dead or dying lol, especially in the downstairs bathroom. I would recommend Boondocks and Creamery if you eat out, good food!

Great Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed the completely stocked kitchen - had every utensil etc we needed Loved the 270 degree view out of the windows on the main floor Having the bedrooms down stairs was a huge plus as well Great stay and we may be back soon!

Lake House

The lake house was very clean and smelled nice. The view and location was amazing. Very quiet which is exactly what my wife and I needed.

Bass Fishing Vacation

We are 4 Older Bass Fishermen that rent a house on a lake every year. This is our 3rd stay at this house. Works great for us as we can keep our boats in the water and kitchen and dining area is great for all our meals.

Dudes Fishing trip

House and dock were excellent. Great hosts. Dirt road is bumpy so strap your trailer down, and buy your groceries on the way in.

Relaxing Cove

This is our third year in a row renting this cabin. We enjoy the quiet and relaxing cove. It is a good distance from the town, so make sure you take what you need. The boat dock is GREAT and accommodates our ski and Jon boat. We bring our paddleboard and enjoy paddling through this cove. The owners have 2 kayaks you can use as well.

Kick off to summer

We had a great stay and loved the location and property. All the kids caught tons of bass, crappie, catfish and brim right off the dock. We enjoyed the kayaks available and the cove is very quiet and calm. It is a summer trip our family will remember We will book the property again in the future for family lake trips or bass tournaments! Pam was a very nice and approachable host we had everything we needed within the house.

My favorite place ever!!!

I wish I could make some story up about how terrible this place is so I could rent it all for myself but I just can’t….it’s amazing. Favorite place to stay on the lake and I’ve stayed at several. I would give anything to be able to buy this place and retire here. Always great!
