First of all. It has been almost three weeks and we are still awaiting the return of our damage deposit. I've checked in with them multiple times. They advise there has been technical difficulties with their refund system. I've been afraid to write this review because I didn't want them to have a reason to hold back our deposit. I suggested they could personally refund our deposit and then when their system is operational, they could be reimbursed. They said this couldn't be done. The property served the purpose for us to be there for a family Celebration of Life. Smoke detector disconnected and stored in kitchen drawer. Master bed. VERY hard and noisy due to the plastic mattress protector. Small bedroom-door knob plunger sticks out enough to keep the door from opening again when fully closed. Safety hazard as our daughter thought she was going to be locked in. Ten day stay and one towel per person. Solution would be to provide a Tide pod so towels could be freshened. Washer closed up tight so it had a musty smell. Had to buy a Command hook so the downstairs bathroom had somewhere to hang the hand towel. It didn't have one. Coffee cups have cracks. Potential burn hazard if it breaks open. No dishcloth to wash dishes. Had a round brush but it didn't reach to bottom of glasses. Provide recycle instructions. What goes in gray, what goes in blue. No large bowl for salad, had to use cooking pot. No functioning can opener. Had to dig at it with a knife.
