Super stylish Studio

  • Magnífico estudio en excelente y conveniente ubicación, entre la ciudad y el aeropuerto y cerca de los servicios de los suburbios del este. Ciudad de Wellington a unos 30-40 minutos a pie y excelente servicio de autobuses. Playa de Hataitai a la vuelta de la esquina y muy cerca del parque Kilbirnie y del centro acuático.

    Lo ideal es que duerma 2, pero puede dormir hasta 3 con un sofá cama king.
    Cama queen gloriosamente cómoda con sábanas de algodón 100% - franela en invierno y manta eléctrica.

    Espacio independiente con sala de estar fresca: televisor inteligente Panasonic con TDT, té, café y chocolate caliente, placa de inducción, microondas, tostadora, jarra y utensilios de cocina, frigorífico, cocina, baño, lavadora / secadora y ducha de agua caliente con gran presión. Our host provided good instructions for access and wifi access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee and creamer in the fridge.

Nice place with everything you need and handy to the airport and bus routes. The hostess is responsive and flexible - thanks, Shelley! I enjoyed my stay, which was work-related. However, be aware that there are a lot of narrow steps, as is often the case with houses in hilly Wellington, so consider this if mobility is an issue or if you have many/heavy bags.

Shopping was close by. Either a 10 minute walk or a very short bus ride. There was both a Wolworth store or a Pack and save to choose from. There was also a vegetable store in kilberne. A quick bus ride also to the city center

Convenient and clean

Three of us stayed here very comfortably. It had everything we needed and having the bus stop so close made travel into Wellington City easy, convenient and cheap for us.

Just fantastic

Location was a walk to beach, shopping and an easy hike into town. Love Haitaitai location and local coffee shops, pie shop and brew pub. Seriously, in Wellington stay here

Adorable studio in a great location

The studio was very clean, had all that I needed for my stay. The location is within a short walk to the bus stop and to shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back.

Very homely and cosy with fully equiped kitchen. Very handy to bus to the city. Steep stairs to entrance might be challenging if you have balancing or back problem. Parking on the road. Loved our stay and will definitely book again.

Great stay

Shelley’s place was wonderful for our 5 week stay! Had everything we needed. Was close to a bus stop and there were restaurants a few minute walk away. Shelley was responsive and helpful when we needed anything.

Lovely base for a Wellington weekend. Clean, attractive decor, spacious, and private. Great host communication too. Would definitely return. (Only downside was the automatic garage door below the unit which woke us each time it was elevated early morning.)

Great wee studio unit, close to aquatic centre and bus route to town. Only downside was getting woken up by the auto garage door below at 5am in the mornings and a random 1am too.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was nice that Shelley put extra effort into the details of the studio: fruit bowl, shampoo, coffee etc. We loved the space and felt it was very comfortable for 3 people.
