“It is a beautiful cottage. Big enough to accommodate my mom and my sister. Everything was provided for washing clothes making breakfast and anything else that was needed. Very grateful to have this cottage so close to my home.”

“Great property for family get together and celebrations located close to University of Iowa East side. The house is very well stocked and clean with lots of thoughtful and homey extras. Plenty of area to visit with friends and family while enjoying the outside patio and fire pit. Host is amazing.”
