Great house for our annual cousins weekend. Off season it was very quiet. Across the street from public access ways to the beautiful beach! Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. House is beautiful, well kept and furnished. Plenty of room to spread out and bonus of garage parking!

The house is huge and well laid out. Too bad the snow storm of the century (well the last 5 yrs) made us cut it short by 19 hours. Everything was clean and all the beds had towels laid out. It was a great location and the needed ice melt was right there for use. Perfect parking for the out of town group and easy beach access before the storms hit. Not sure why this review said We’d Feb 18-Mon Feb 23 as we stayed Thursday Feb 19- 23 (well 22 cause storm).

Beautiful, spacious home…many rooms to enjoy. We all enjoyed the fireplace during our winter break stay…it is close to Kennebunkport and Oguinquit for shopping and nice restaurants. Walked the beach…beautiful sunrises..Great for families…basket of blocks for kids and books in bunk room were enjoyed by our grandsons. Thank you for sharing your awesome beach home.

Richard was wonderful to deal with. The place was very clean and there were plenty of private spaces in which to gather. The beach was across the street for easy access. We highly recommend this home.

This is a truly beautiful house that's so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. It was very clean, which is hugely important to us. The neighborhood is adorable and very nice.There are two king beds, four twin bunk beds (all in the same room), and two individual rooms with queen/full beds. The master suite also has a pull out couch in addition to the king bed. I'm mentioning this because I feel like the listing photos don't show all the rooms. My only negative regarding our experience was that the booking fees were all completed in CAD versus USD which ended up being more of a complication than expected, especially when my group had to split the costs 8 ways. I believe some of this is the fault of VRBO for not having an option to convert all sums to USD. The host, Richard, was very responsive and answered all my questions.

The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation. We were able to go to the beach with the beautiful late Sept weather! We were going to a wedding, and there was plenty of room for 7 adults to get ready. We would like to rent this house again in the future.

If you are looking for a great place for a group, this is it! Beautiful home, very clean and well maintained! Location is wonderful! Quiet neighborhood, just across the street from the beach w beach access very close. The owner is very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this for a vacation!

ANTS all over the master bedroom and bathroom, (will not allow me to post a video). Couldn’t sleep in there on our one night stay! Paid over 1000 for 1 night and they offered us a measly 260 credit! carpet stains, cob webs everywhere, moldy furniture on decks, clogged toilet, clogged drain and the list goes on and we only spent 1 night!! Host takes a day to reply back to any messages Look elsewhere!
