“The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.”

“Second visit. Great place. Lovely clean room. comfy bed, lots of thoughtful touches in room. Great pub below with wonderful food and drinks. Service, both on arrival, evening meals and especially at breakfast was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. breakfast was amazing - beautiful food especially granola, wonderful full english and eggs Benedict. Loads of parking on site and great atmosphere. Lovely cared-for garden too. Location perfect. Highly recommend.”

“ Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham.”
