Upper Floor: Your light-filled, spacious living area is very tastefully designed. Apple TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a Marshall Acton III Bluetooth speaker are all included. Integrated luxury kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric grill for indoor and outdoor use. A beautiful west-facing balcony overlooking the dunes, perfect for enjoying Sylt’s sunshine with garden furniture (approx. April–October). Your luxury kitchenette is cleverly separated from the living area and is fully equipped. Your bathroom resembles a spa and welcomes you with an XL shower, toilet, beautiful sink, and elegant details.

Your small balcony, facing the Wenninstedt dunes, lets you hear the sound of the sea. High-quality balcony furniture is available from approximately April through October.

In the attic, a beautifully designed room awaits you with a double bed (180x200 cm) and plenty of closet space. You’ll have access to another en-suite bathroom, this one featuring both a tub and a toilet.
