If you’re looking for a cozy retreat on Sylt for up to four people, you’re sure to find it in Apartment 3 of the vacation home in Wenningstedt. The apartment is located on the upper and top floors of the building and welcomes you with a spacious, bright living room and an open kitchen. In the dining area, you can enjoy your vacation breakfast, and from the living room, you can step out onto your two balconies—renovated in September 2021—where you can relax and unwind. The living area is very cozy, with plenty of seating options, and invites you to relax even when the weather on Sylt is less than ideal. On the same level as the apartment is a state-of-the-art bathroom with a shower, whirlpool tub, and toilet.

The entire top floor of the residence was redesigned in early 2022. There, you’ll find two additional rooms with high-quality fixtures. One of these is equipped with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, while the other room features two single beds.

In Wenningstedt, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to shop, dine out, take a walk, or go on a little shopping spree. All of these attractions are within walking distance or accessible by bike. By car or public transportation, you can reach Westerland—the island’s “capital”—or Kampen in just a few minutes to see the beautiful red cliffs or enjoy a slice of cake at Café Kupferkanne.

This is a non-smoking property where pets are not allowed. You’ll find a parking space right next to the house. Use of the shared facilities (swimming pool and coin-operated sauna) is at your own risk.
