“House has a lovely, well equipped kitchen. Lots of amenities, quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The property manager was outstanding with many suggestions of where to go and what to do.”

“This is a lovely home in a very convenient location. It is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, and the bus stop is also nearby so it's easy to catch a bus to get to downtown. We had 8 people, 4 couples. There's plenty of space to just hang out at the house. Our only issue was we felt the listing was a bit misleading about the bedrooms. The den/bedroom is a blowup mattress, which was fine but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The door to that room also doesn't...

“Booked last minute as I was ahead of schedule driving. Glad I found this gem! The bed was so comfy, wow! I had to call twice as I was a bit overtired and the host was more than generous helping me. Nicely decorated and having a family member in a wheelchair (not on this trip), its refreshing to see ADA rooms that are adorably decorated and make sense. We will def be back.I spaced out and left my laptop, had it in a couple of days. Above and beyond is this wonderful place. Dog place was adorable...

“Clean rooms. Outside was unkept and needed attention. Was not informed of long term tenants in the lower level of the house . Should have been disclosed on the website. Was not as close to restaurants and shops. Said was walking distance and was not. Neighbor seemed unsafe and was not well lit.”

“We enjoyed our stay here in Asheville! This was the perfect place for us. Clean, great location, convenient parking, hosts very nice and accommodating, easy check in and out!”

“This was a beautiful home to stay in with so many amenities! Ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, and the pet friendly accommodations with a fully fenced yard was perfect for our family! And our kids already miss the pac man game! This place has everything you need!”

“Adorable pet friendly accommodations close to Asheville and Brevard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!”

“The space was large, incredibly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, well lit with the giant wall of windows. Parking situation couldn't have been easier. My only complaint was the noise. There was a loud repetitive drone that I originally thought was coming from the brewery across the street but eventually was convinced was coming from the roof above the room. It happened randomly on and off through out the stay. I since I was in and out a lot the first few days in town it didn't bother...

“Even better than I was expecting. Modern, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. This unit is steps from the french broad river path for great dog walks and runs. Quiet and relaxing area of town and just 5 minutes from downtown or west asheville. Walking distance to many breweries and the RAD district.”

“Very clean and easy check in. The property seems to need some tlc to really make it an awesome stay. A lot of painting touch ups, yard clean up, general maintenance issues would make this property top notch.”

“Great location for our needs. Very clean , would recommend ”

“Big space with everything you need in a good location. Would definitely recommend! Dog friendly!”
