“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

“I would absolutely recommend this gorgeous beachfront house, it had everything we could have possibly needed for a family group ranging from 2 years to 82 years. We swam in the crystal clear sea every single day and had lovely walks along the sea front. Sitting in the lounge, dining area with direct views out over the sea was incredible. Kevin was extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions very promptly. We will be back im sure! ”

“Location excellent just on the beach where everybody went and found shells, stones even an ammonite. So we went home with a small memento.House was amazing with everything catered for, the communication was faultless so there was no delay in getting in or knowing where things were.Overall a very successful four nights for everybody and I think the owners have got it right.”

“Host changed the address of the property an hour before check in (5 hours into our travel to the location). The amended property had black mould poorly covered by grouting, no shower screen so water went everywhere, and general "DIY landlord" decorating, with damage to many of the walls being slap dash filled and painted. There was also a general sewage smell across the property but that may have just been the area / location. ”

“A charming property, clean and with everything we needed. Julie gave us a warm welcome welcoming and was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations for our stay. It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too.”

“This was an ideal stay for me and my family to celebrate my 70th. The house was wonderful, very peaceful and ideal for walking, biking, horse riding. We had massages and a sound bath session which were really good. I’ve made precious memories with my family and thoroughly recommend this house and surroundings to stay at. I’d love to revisit in the summer so we can use the outside area more. ”
