The Space:
Designed for large groups, this newly renovated lodge offers generous space to gather just 2 minutes from Mount Snow. The massive living room creates a natural hub for the group, centered around an oversized fireplace and framed by mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen makes shared meals easy, while the side office provides a dedicated space for work or quiet time.
With eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests while offering plenty of room to spread out. After a day on the mountain, unwind in the private sauna, challenge friends to a game of shuffleboard, or settle in by the fire.
Outside, the patio and fire pit create an inviting setting for fresh mountain air and relaxed evenings, while four private acres and ample parking make the property especially well suited to larger groups.

Located at the foot of Mount Snow in Dover, the home offers convenient access to one of Southern Vermont’s best-known mountain destinations, with the slopes just 2 minutes away. The surrounding area provides a natural base for exploring the Northeast throughout the seasons, with mountain recreation and the local offerings of Dover nearby.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 9 AC units at the house, between window and portable units. There’s 2 window units downstairs: 1 in the game-room and 1 in the master bedroom. There’s 1 portable unit in each of the 7 bedrooms upstairs. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 17 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 17 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
