1- This multi-level home offers step-free entry at the ground floor; however, stairs are required to reach the living area on the upper floor
2- This property does not offer air conditioning
3- Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is highly recommended, as the terrain leading to the villa is very steep. Car rentals or cab services without 4-wheel drive may not be able to make it up the steep hill
4- One initial concierge service (escort to the property location) is included. After checking in, concierge services are available for an additional fee of $75 per hour
5- There is only a 1 hour window for the concierge service to wait for the guests
6- The homeowner strongly recommends creating a WhatsApp account in order to facilitate communications
7- The homeowner strongly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance due to the possibility of extreme weather in the BVIs or unexpected circumstances with more distant travel. Protect your investment in your vacation
8- The cleaning fee is waived for all stays of 7 nights or more. While this fee is discounted for longer stays, tipping is strongly encouraged to show appreciation for the cleaning team's hard work
9- Because of the home's hilltop location, exterior stairs, and unfenced pool, the property may not be suitable for young children under 10 years old
