For example, I told them a list of restaurants (outside of the hotel) that I wanted and they made reservations and ordered a taxi. They even emailed me the itinerary. “El Hotel esta increíble, no solo por las instalaciones sino por el personal; todos son muy amables y te atienden todo el tiempo; te saludan cuando vas por los pasillos, te van a esperar al puerto y/o aeropuerto y te llevan al Hotel indicándote cuanto debes pagar al taxi. El diseño del Hotel es muy bonito, moderno, cómodo, etc.”

“What a fantastic place! Loved every second of our stay. We had a junior suite at the adjacent building, and it was SO spacious and lovely. We had 2 bathrooms and 2 closets, very nice! The hotel beach is AMAZING, and with only one other Villa around, was private for most of the time. Incredible! The restaurant team was also super nice, accommodating and friendly! If anything, I can only complain about hotels.com, as they dont have enough pictures of this room type, and didnt write that...

“The property is beautiful. Shoal bay is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. The beach view from my room was amazing. The service was unmatched. The staff went all the way to get me something I needed and followed up on my request until I had it. I definitely would go back. ”
