friendly staff, clean facilities, on the interstate, two minute drive to Sanford Medical Center, costco fuel as well as other restraunts and amenities West Fargo has to offer.

Ignored at check-in Switched room type
A bunch of stadf were around a breakfast table and ignored me when I went to check in. When I was finally helped, they said they overbooked my room and switched me to another type. It was not good.

Cigarette smoking at every entrance. Including the front main entrance…gross to have to walk through smoke to enter the building. Lighted bathroom mirror didn’t work, front desk said they would have it fixed…. But didn’t follow through or communicate why it wasn’t fixed. Reserved two queens…. We were a given a room with a king and pull out. We understand that we are not guaranteed the room we reserved with a 3rd party provider, but there was. It sufficient bedding for the pull out and we had to request that too. Really, really poor customer service!! Will not stay there again!

Filthy room - feces smeared on the sheets
I pulled back the sheets after I woke up in the morning and found what looked like feces smeared on the sheets that I had just slept in. I was disgusted - I sent an email to Hilton. They called me back but said they were a different management company and couldn't help. I complained to the front desk. The girl there was nice and said the manager would call me to discuss but he never did.

The rooms were great. The breakfast was ok. The patio area with fire table was dirty, the fire table didn’t work. Not an inviting area at all.

4 persons get 4 towels, 6 persons get 6 towels
If we booked the room and paid how many persons are in the room? The persons who were in the room then get equal accessories for example - 6 persons and we get twelve pillows, 6 water bottles, 6 bath towels, 6 face towels, and double essentials. (not 4 towels in room - how many persons in the room to get each person).

I am really sorry that you had a poor experience at our hotel. When booked we do not see how many guests the rooms are booked for so we always give the Hilton standard. We always have extra towels available upon request and are always ready to try and help out all of our guests requests. I hope you have a wonderful day today.

The patio area was very dirty. Cigarette butts on the ground, the couches to sit on outside were dirty and there was trash on the ground. On our room the couch was n bad shape and stained and our fridge quit working and we had to have someone come in and fix it.

Nice rooms, quiet. Breakfast was a welcome benefit. Room service every 3-4 days is something we're getting used to; getting clean towels, etc....not too much trouble.

AMAZING!!!!
AMAZING. That's the one single word I would use to describe this hotel. From spacious, clean rooms to the continental breakfast (which was more like a buffet!) I wish we could've spent more than one night here. Fabulous! We will be back and next time .... longer!

Room are not as clean as I expected from an Hilton will be. My initial room had a bed with a lot of pet hair on it. I requested a room change and the next room had a lot of crumbs on the floor and missing curtains which prevented me from covering my windows as I would like at night. Definitely not worth it for the price.

Great and clean. However all four suites we rented there was no side chairs. Odd for a suite with a full kitchen couch. Table etc. we had to sit in bed and business chair. Uncomfortable. But hotel was great.
