“Very nice value for money property with great management ”

“Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!”

“We had the best long weekend at The Beach Bungalow. Jen and Will thought of everything to accommodate their guests. The house was decorated beautifully and yard and outdoor space immaculate - perfect for morning coffee and al fresco dinners. This home is in the perfect location on the Cape! We’re looking forward to booking again in the future. ”

“The listing needs to be updated. Bedroom #2 has one queen, not two twins. Bedrooms #5 & #6 each have three twins but no double in either. We had picked the house for a 12-guy golf trip, wanting to make sure everyone had their own bed. They dropped off a couple of air mattresses on day 2 but didn't provide batteries with the pump. Otherwise, the house was great. Hot tub was nice, it came with three refrigerators, and two (each) washer and dryer.”

“The location is fantastic! We loved walking to the beach every day. The bonus room is also very nice. This rental also has a washer dryer which was wonderful. We had trouble checking in, there were lots of ants, and when we would set the air conditioning (to about 68) it would somehow constantly be changing back to 75 and we were there during a heat wave. It’s clear in the listing but please be aware this is a duplex.”
