“This cottage is as charming as it looks in photos…warm, clean, cozy and rustic chic like something out of a home decor magazine. The host greeted us on arrival and graciously invited us to enjoy the entire pristine grounds during our stay, including the stunning pool/ patio at the main house adjacent to the cottage. She couldn’t have been sweeter and made herself available for anything we needed. We loved our stay at Whispering Estate and would definitely be back!”

“From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

“Charming, rustic older cottage with a spectacular location. There is a very steep hill you must climb to this island hideaway which is totally worth it when you see the view. The outdoor entertainment areas are many and the house is well-equipped with everything you need. “Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”
