  • Escape to a private oasis at Barona Beach Resort in this spacious 4th-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo overlooking the lake. Enjoy the option to rent your own boat slip and soak in stunning waterfront views. This premier West Kelowna resort features a pool, hot tub, fully equipped gym, sandy beach, dock access, and secure underground parking. Everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway with family or friends awaits.
    Welcome to your own private oasis at Barona Beach Resort! This stunning lakefront condo is located in the premiere West Kelowna resort and offers an unforgettable vacation experience. You`ll enjoy your own boat slip and gorgeous lakefront views, making this the perfect getaway for water lovers.

    This spacious corner unit is located on the top floor and features lake views from nearly every room. You`ll have everything you need to feel at home, including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom #1 boasts a comfortable queen bed, ensuite washroom, TV, closet, side tables, and reading lights. Bedroom #2 also features a queen bed, TV, closet, and side table. Bedroom #3 includes a sofa bed that sleeps two people, a smart TV, and a coffee table.

    The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. You`ll find two comfortable couches, a large table, and lake views. The dining area features a table and kitchen island/bar seating, providing ample space for everyone to gather together. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, including large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, glasses, and cooking oil. You`ll also find a drip coffee maker and electric kettle for tea lovers.

    Step outside onto your private deck and take in the stunning lake views. The deck is equipped with a table, four chairs, and gas BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy meals or a glass of wine. Additional amenities include keypad entry and fob for resort amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, gym, underground parking, washrooms, and showers. The in-suite washer/dryer is also available for your convenience.

    When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

    Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot or residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

    Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity center. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

    The pool and hot tub are generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing.

    Additionally, this property features a boat slip available for rent at $100 per day, plus a $1,000 deposit. If you would like to rent the boat slip, please let us know at the time of your booking. Thanks!

    Barona Beach Resort is the perfect vacation destination for wine and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Located just minutes away from the Westside Wine Trail and Mission Hill Winery, guests will have easy access to some of Canada`s most prestigious wineries. The Westside Wine Trail is a newly renovated area that features a collection of wineries offering tastings, tours, and picturesque views of the vineyards. Mission Hill Winery is known for its stunning architecture and breathtaking views of the lake, and is a must-visit for any wine lover.

    For those who enjoy hiking and biking, the Okanagan offers a wide range of trails to explore. The Bear Creek Provincial Park is a popular spot for hiking, with a trail that leads to the scenic Bear Creek Falls. Cyclists will enjoy the Okanagan Rail Trail, which spans 50 kilometers and offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

    Water sports are also popular in the Okanagan, and guests can take advantage of the lake with activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. For those seeking a more thrilling experience, parasailing and jet skiing are also available.

    There are also several local tour companies that offer transportation to the best wineries in Kelowna and the surrounding areas, making it easy for wine enthusiasts to indulge in tastings without having to worry about driving.

    Pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Barona Beach is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
    cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the units, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone at Barona!

This wonderful property doesn't disappoint

This was our 2nd time staying at the Barona Beach condos. This unit was ideally facing southeast which made sipping an early morning coffee on the patio a complete joy. Waking up with a view of the Okanagan was amazing. Shannon was great to deal with and the check-in and check-out were a breeze. My family loved staying at this unit and will definitely be back.

Barona Beach Resort

The accommodation was a promised. Beautiful large balcony with spectacular lake view. Spacious condo stocked with everything required for a vacation. Great pool, hot tub, gym. Made for a perfect holiday. Any issues (air conditioning) were resolved promptly. Would definitely book again.

Great location

When we first walked into the unit we were very impressed by the size and the view. The deck was amazing and the overall property was nice as well. The unit was posted as a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit however we missed the detail that the 3rd bedroom is a sofa bed and the sofa in the living room was a loveseat so it was a little tight for our needs. The unit was pretty well equipped however it seemed like the air conditioning and tv sets are still being figured out.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

We loved our stay at Barona Beach. Perfect location for boating and enjoying all the sites of West Kelowna. Check in was easy and everything we needed was provided. If you are towing a boat, the complex does not have boat trailer parking, but there was lots of space on the road.
