Whatever we did due to lack of orientation, they threatened us that it couldn't be done and we had to call the police. We felt intimidated during our stay. “We loved our experience, from the time we walked into our cottage, we knew we would have a great time. The Cottage was spaces enough for our party of five. This vacation was a graduation gift for my grandson. I loved the proximity to the theme parks. I also loved the amenities that were offered by the property’s management team, Awesome! ”

“The property was nice. It would have been better if I had access to the pool area. That’s what I looked forward to the most. The king bed on the second floor was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, that sounded like the bed would break in half at every movement. Awful. I was soft, high in the middle, low on the edges. My back hurt my entire start. Overall, the output of nice sand in a great location.”

“The house was perfect for my family of 14. It was beautiful, large and very spacious. The property manager was not resposnive but the owner wss excellent.There were a couple of minor issues, but absolutely nothing that affected our stay. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend to everyone. ”

“Very enjoyable, safe and fun experience. There was a few minor issues with the tv programming but we troubleshooted that. I stayed at a few other Orlando/kissimmee locations this trip and noticed a common fatigue of persons serving at front desk positions . There may be a need to look into this on a wider scale . The high continuous volume of visitors to the area is probably making front desk workers a little less motivated to ensure each visitor must feel welcome . There may be a need for...
