El trato del personal es muy amable y servicial, la habitación estaba limpia, pero se ve que la propiedad en su totalidad tiene muchos años con poco o cero mantenimiento y se nota en los jardines con hierbas altas, huecos en el parqueo y grietas. Por lo demás la piscina, el jacuzzi y el gym funcionan

Terrible, muuy sucio, no servia la alberca, pesimo higiene, y el desayuno terrible...Engañan ala gente. No recomiendo visitarlo nunca.

Araceli, Thank you for your feedback. We are unhappy to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our outdoor pool is open till 10:30 every evening. Our indoor pool is closed due to the fact that we will be restarting our renovations in the near future.

El hotel tiene las comodidades necesarias para pasar un buen momento, tiene alberca techada! Al lado un buen restaurante y si quieres comprar algo que se te haya olvidado, enfrente está un Walmart que abre las 24 horas. La zona es muy segura.

A lot of bad areas, torn down walls, parts of carpet raised, carpet coming up, wallpaper falling off. None of the rooms had microwaves also I was told you couldn't bring breakfast back to your room.

It’s so terrible that it’s almost scary. I am a pretty low maintenance person. My husband and two kids needed a place to stay for the night to split up a road trip. I picked a cheaper one that had decent reviews. I cannot even begin to tell you how terrible this place was. It is literally falling apart- the walls were peeling, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in, and there were spider webs and dust (not to mention dirt, trash, etc) all over the room. Not to mention the entire building absolutely reeks. It was so bad that I didn’t feel safe having my kids stay there. We asked for a refund and got a different hotel (the holiday inn is nice!) the place is in absolute shambles and I cannot believe they are still open. We were in a car with a 4 and 2 year old for 8 hours and rather than settle we packed all out stuff back up and left to find another hotel. That’s how bad it was. DO NOT BOOK.

Just an old building. Does not appear well kept other than atrium. Did not have housekeeping making beds between days or offering clean towels.TV was not a smart TV with very limited options. When you did see staff they were friendly but it was difficult to find someone

Unkept facility. The same trash and cigarette butts remained outside the side door over the entire length of our several day stay. The carpet in our room did not appear to have been vacuumed at all. There were ants in the bed. The property is older. It needs to be updated, but if it were maintained and kept clean the outdated appearance could be overlooked.

The property was in horrible disrepair. Our room was filthy and had ants crawling all over the bathroom. The front desk attendant let me look at two other rooms, both of which were also filthy, but we chose the larger, elast offensive do the two. Bathtubs in all rooms were black on the inside bottoms of the tub. There was standing water while showering, as the tub did. It drain well. The toilet didn't flush correctly, and water would continuously run unless my husband fixed the tank. Phones did not work in any of the rooms. Common areas were not kept up and not swept. Carpeting throughout was dingy and stained. Overall it was a disgusting experience and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is such a rundown property. I had no idea hotels like that exist in US. Horrible condition. We had clean bedding though. The hotel was empty but we did not get any privacy. We were placed right next to another family. We heard every single word. The walls are paper thin. Unbelievable. Why is it so difficult to place people not on top of each other in the literally empty facility? We did not eat their breakfast. I do not recommend to stay there. Only as a last resort. It is really expensive for such room and board.

I have no complaints with the staff or cleanliness at the Quality Inn in West Lafayette. However, this place needs a MAJOR overhaul. Beginning with the parking lot - some very large potholes. The entire place smelled of chlorine from the indoor pool. The hot tub had no water in it. My room overlooked a large pond/small lake which was rustically beautiful and had nesting swans, ducks, etc but the exterior of the window was filthy. The breakfast buffet was sad. The wallpaper was peeling. Again, it was adequate and clean, but left much to be desired

The whole place is in such poor condition it should be torn down. It's dirty not maintained. Our bathtub didn't drain. Coffee maker was not level and made a mess. Breakfast was almost non existent. It had no eggs, meat or potatoes. It had one waffle maker for sixty rooms. Overflow tables in swim area weren't cleaned. The whole building needed vacuuming or new carpet. I'll never stay in another Quality Inn.

The bathroom was so dirty it was disgusting! Shower hasn’t been scrubbed in years, shower curtain moldy. The pool was nice but cold and needs an upgrade. Room smelled. Do not stay here. Zero stars

This hotel is very basic, nothing special. It is fairly close to Purdue. It does not seem to be in a very safe area. Their breakfast is very minimal with only 1 warm food item.

Just an older property that has not been kept up. Carpet stained, bathroom wasn’t clean. Staff was very kind, pool area looked nice and clean- we did not use it, but looked good.

I would say that wasn't much of a breakfast. The syrup dispenser was broken and there were only 2 options for cereal. Apple juice was sour and the orange juice was watered down. There wasn't toast, bagels or english muffins.

We had a dirty room. Finger nail clippings on the floor. Used spoons on the floor. We tried to talk to the staff about this and they told us they just couldn’t do anything about it. The breakfast was literally only waffles and toast. On the day of check out the check out time was 11:00 AM. The staff was trying to get in our room at 9:00 AM and walked in on my wife naked in the room. Very unprofessional.

Not much breakfast, green bananas and white bread. They did have the waffle machine and minimal beverages. Room had clean linens but the rest was very dirty, edges, bathroom, floors, heat vent. Hallways were worn and dirty too. Loby area was pleasant. Incredible plants in the pool area, but floors were dirty too. Economical and good location.

upon arrival the desk clerk told me that their system didnot show any reservation for me, upon showing the expedia confirmation printout, the clerk told me to directly book on their website rather than expedia, after spending some time he asked me to forward expedia's email to him and then he gave us a room. the rooms and bathrooms were Dirty (had to wipe down the bathroom and other touch points in the room), breakfast had only bread, waffles and few bananas, they did not even have the basics like forks, knifes etc... run down property, not kept up to date, will not stay there again and going forward will book directly on hotels website (where ever else I choose to stay)

The first room we were in, we couldn’t find the remote. We found it under the bed, along with cigarette butts and some kind of medication. They changed our room, and when we got back to go to bed, we sat down on the bed and it collapsed, had dirt behind the mattress, the fan didn’t work, there was dust on everything, and the bath tub wouldn’t drain. It was a terrible experience.

Polite staff, but cleanliness was not the best. Bathrooms needed a bit of time to clean, and common areas needed some help. Gym was lacking wipes, sink, etc. Breakfast was pathetic. At 7am, there was barely hot coffee in the carafes, and scrapes from yesterday. Not expecting a full buffett, but it was lacking everything!

Upon arrival, there was no one in the lobby to check us in. We waited a full 15 minutes before leaving and checked in that night after our event.

This hotel should be torn down. Our room floor was so dirty that my son found a pocket knife under the desk. Small bugs on bathroom floor. Old soap bar left in shower. The hallway carpet was stained and ripped up, wall paper peeling and even filthy elevators. The staff was courteous but I’m just not sure how this hotel passed health inspection. Oddly- the place was full.

Very run down and dirty. Room had dirty washcloth and hairs in shower. Sink top and base of faucet had toothpaste build-up from obviously months of not being scrubbed. Nothing had been moved I. Order to clean under or around it.

Hotel was absolutely filthy. Crumbs on the carpet and in the corners, shaved hairs on the bathroom floor, foul toilet bowl, mildew on the shower curtain. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the staff was friendly. The carpet in the hallways looks like it hadn't been vacuumed since it was installed and there were all sorts of stains, smudges, and smears both on the floor and the wall. The elevator was muddy and had gunk on the walls as well. I would not be surprised if an establishment like this didn't wash the sheets between guests.

The room was not clean. Bathtub was brown, shower curtain and bedspread were stained and wallpaper over toilet was falling off the wall.

For the price of 60 it was a very good value. It is an older facility and used to be a little run down. Quality Inn is making a lot of improvements on the property and it's getting better and better. The people were very good to work with. We'll stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel once before for the Thanksgiving holiday. The property is somewhat run down and lacking major hotel services. However, it is also extremely affordable and you pay for what you get. My recent stay over the Christmas holiday had more problems. On Christmas morning while people were trying to have a continental breakfast, a worker was using a jackhammer. Management should have held off this work so we could have a quiet and pleasant breakfast. Also, I noted on Christmas there was no attendant on duty at the desk for most of the day and people were trying to check in. This also seems like a poor management decision.
