NOTE: Our driveway has capacity for 1 car, guests can park 1 additional car on P Street, ensuring the vehicle is parked in the direction of traffic flow. To avoid any tickets, kindly refrain from parking next to double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, as required by law.

I am available to my guests anytime via messaging on the platform. However, if guests need me locally, I would love to assist them in person!

● Pool and BBQ grill hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests must reserve the grill at least 2 hours before use.
● No smoking is allowed inside the house.
● No loud music can be played outside.
● No pets are allowed inside or outside the house.
● No parties or events are allowed.
● Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
● Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
● Guests must not flush feminine products, toilet paper, diapers or any other items that can clog the toilets.
● Guests must abide by all local laws and regulations.
● Guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
● Guests must leave the house in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
● Guests use the pool at their own risk.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No pets are permitted.
No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Unapproved late departures are subject to a $100 fee, plus $100 for each additional hour or partial hour.
Third-party bookings are not permitted unless approved in writing. The person booking must be staying at the property and is responsible for all guests.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Military guests may book at 18 years old.

Professional photography, videography, commercial filming, social media content shoots, interviews, brand/product shoots, and any other commercial use of the property are not permitted without prior written approval. Additional fees, insurance requirements, or a separate agreement may apply.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety.
No glass is allowed in the pool or outdoor areas.
No red wine or rose petals on duvets, furniture, rugs, floors, or other soft surfaces.
Do not hang wet clothing or towels outside or over furniture.
Please do not rearrange the furniture or move indoor furniture outside.
No candles, incense, fireworks, or open flames are permitted at any time.
No glitter, confetti, tape, nails, tacks, or decorations that may damage walls, furniture, floors, or finishes.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Mail and package delivery to the property is not permitted unless approved in advance.
Guests must follow the unit-specific parking guidelines.
Please report any damages immediately.
