House was so clean and everything in it was so intentional. The house is stocked for you to actually be able to live there for an extended period of time. Location is great proximity to everywhere we wanted to go (downtown West palm, palm beach, delray each, etc.) We love the no shoes rule (followed it strictly) because it really showed - floors were clean and pristine and being able to walk around a house like it’s your own is half the battle with a Vrbo. The host (James) was an excellent communicator throughout. The beds and bedding were very comfortable- mattress sheets, pillows. The bathrooms are all nicely renovated and stocked beautifully. We were able to quietly work here, enjoy home cooked meals, get to where we needed to go with convenience. We hope to be back.

Nice and clean house, good (not great) location, GREAT outdoor space

We stayed at the house for spring break and overall it was a nice trip and good space for our family of seven. However, we did have a couple issues. First, the bed in the master bedroom was absolutely atrocious. The mattress was completely caved in the middle, making sleep very difficult and uncomfortable. I spent several nights on the couch to avoid back in neck issues.Second, it seemed difficult to control the temperature in the home at times. The air conditioning seemed to be working very hard, but would shut off intermittently and we would return to a house that was very warm and took a long time to cool down.Last, the location is fine. While it is very close to the airport (a benefit for sure) and pretty central to many attractions, the plane traffic overhead can be a little distracting and loud at times while you’re using the outdoor space. Overall, the home was very clean well stocked, and the pool area and outdoor space was wonderful. I would recommend to family and friends if the first two issues were corrected and would stay again.

Very clean home…Host was very responsive to all our needs…fantastic back yard (pool, putting green & fire pit, awesome patio). Home in a great location ( close to airport, stores and restaurants). Would definitely stay here again!!

Yearly winter escape

I can honestly say that this is the clearest and most well equipped home we have rented . Not only were appliances top line but the blender, coffee maker and air fryer were as well. The host provided a wonderful coffee bar including the coffee. Every spice you could need was right there on the counter. All the little extras like shampoo, soap, conditioner, detergents and cleaning products is something not usually included in a rental. There were plenty of linens even beach towels. And if you’re going to the beach, there are chairs, coolers and even a wagon. The pictures of the yard do not do it justice. As for the location, it’s perfect. Great restaurants, golf, and shopping were all within a few minutes drive. We will definitely be returning!

Big surprises come in small packages

When we first arrived we thought it looked small from the outside but were totally surprised once we stepped in. James had everything stocked that we needed & the property was very clean both inside & outside. He definitely had done his homework & had activities ready for all ages, rain or shine. The pool area was the highlight of the property, equipped with colorful lighting at night. Plenty of room outside to party or lounge whichever you prefer. We felt safe in the neighborhood & the property was very close to the major thoroughfares to get to our sightseeing & dining needs. James was very communicative the day we arrived & the day before departure, checking to see if we had any issues. My wife & I both agreed that if we ever come back that we know where we would be staying.

Great Stay!!

We come to Florida every year for our son to receive care at the Paley Institute and this is our FAVORITE place we have stayed. We hope we can stay here each return visit! My husband and I stayed with 5 kids age 9 months-12 years and the whole thing felt very safe and welcoming. The place had everything we needed for out entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, Paley, shopping, Rosemary Square, the Zoo. Literally all our favorites. Highly recommend and will share with all our other families that travel to Florida for care.

Perfect little pool house

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young daughters for spring break. We wanted a quiet relaxing week, and that’s exactly what we got. We had one issue with a broken door handle. We had to wait for a locksmith to come and let us in. The host was super quick to respond and helped us get right back in as fast as possible. The neighborhood is quiet, you’re close to everything you could need. Highly recommend!! Overall a wonderful experience.

From beginning to end the stay was top notch. James was so kind and helpful, everything was so simple. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the accessories that made beach trips a breeze! It is so close to the beach, the pool was beautiful, and really enjoyed the touch of the fire pit and outdoor lights. Overall this stay was a 11/10!

A home away from home

What a wonderful place! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this fabulous house..our group was two sister and our young sons and we had every possible amenity that we could image…from the beach chairs and coolers, to the pool toys, and the fully stocked desk that was there when we needed to check in at the office. It was truly a home away from home in the most relaxing way…thank so much for responding to every question we had…you were a great host and we would definley recommend to others and absolutely return again…hopefully very very soon!
