EVENT & GUEST POLICIES



Additional Guests:

$25 per person, per night after the 16th guest.



Innkeeper Agreement:

All guests are required to sign an Innkeeper Agreement prior to check-in.



Events:

Events require prior written authorization. An event is defined as more than 5 people not listed on the reservation or any vendor present on the property.



Event Fees:

Our pricing is as follows:



* OUTDOOR Estate Gatherings (grounds only): Starting at $1,500 for up to 75 guests.



* Larger outdoor events (up to 200 guests): Pricing is customized based on the size and type of event.



* INDOOR Celebration Hall Events: $4,500 for weddings and other private events. Maximum indoor capacity is 75 guests. This includes tables and chairs.



OPTIONAL SERVICES



• Pool heating: $45 per day

• Pet fee: $150 per pet

• Early check-in / late checkout: $50 per hour (subject to availability)
