The living area offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, while oversized windows fill the adjoining dining space with natural light and views of the courtyard. The kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinetry, a butcher block island with seating for two, and generous counter space - well-equipped for simple meals and added convenience throughout your stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, penny tile walls, a wood vanity, and matte black fixtures.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, dresser, floor mirror, and ceiling fan.



A second full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination, a separate wood vanity, and matte black fixtures.

• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security doorbell camera, located at the main exterior door and monitoring the front exterior/entry area.
