The Space:
The Blue Pearl is a beautifully restored historic vacation home nestled in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown. Newsflash: The deck has been completely re-built, bigger and better!

The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The Blue Pearl's convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer.

The top floor of The Blue Pearl contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated bathroom, complete with vintage bathtub and gorgeous shower. Through the master bathroom you will find a walk-in closet conveniently tucked away. The family room furnished with a couch, chairs and cable TV complete the second floor. Dual french doors open up to reveal a large deck overlooking the tropically landscaped yard and private pool (with lounge chairs).

The ground floor contains the second bedroom, furnished with a king size bed. There is an attached walk in closet as well as a laundry room with a full size washer anddryer. The downstairs ground floor also features a full bathroom (detached from second bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen and small dining also overlooking the pool area. The house also features an outdoor living/dining area (with a view towards the pool).

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Pool Heat:
Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and the rejuvenated downtown area of CityPlace, with its pedestrian zone of restaurants, shops and boutiques are all within 15 minutes walking distance. The nearest beaches are a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride (Casa Blanca provides complimentary access to bicycles). The Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach is a 10 minute drive away.
