Simple but very conveniently located close to the convention center. Also there is a very cool with a lot of birds nearby.

This rental is a gem! Exactly what was shown in all the pictures. Everything was clean, well maintained and perfect for what I needed. I was attending a convention at the convention center and the short walk was super easy. I will definitely be booking again if I'm back in West palm Beach!

Raj was a very kind host, answered any questions I had and was very accommodating. The microwave didn’t work, but for our purposes it was alright as the kitchen was well supplied enough that it did not make a difference to us (we just used the toaster oven) but Raj was prompt in responding to the concern so I’m confident if it was a problem it would’ve been corrected. I also felt very safe during my stay, I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming apartment, clean, well-organized, I had everything I needed for a short stay to visit the convention center for a couple days. After paying for parking at the convention center and driving a very round a bout way of getting there, I discovered a walkway leading right to the convention center less than two blocks away. I was able to walk there in 5 minutes and save the hassle of driving and paying for parking. I highly recommend to anyone going to the WPBC convention center. Also, it was super easy to get to the beach and the downtown areas from this location in a car. I would stay again if I was in the area.
