BBQ was broken laying on the ground outside without legs in the backyard. Rooster next door. Sent us the wrong code so we couldn’t access the home when we arrived.

Unusable BBQ. When I asked about it, no response was given.

House was nicely updated. Beds were comfortable, A/C was good, kitchen had everything available to cook a meal. The only downside was the neighborhood. It was just a little rough for our taste. Having said that, we did feel safe, and there were available restaurants nearby as well as a Publix, which was less than 5 min away. The airplanes flying in and out of airport did not affect us sleeping. Overall, it was a good stay, and we would stay here again.

Extremely quiet neighborhood. It's a very beautiful, modern, spacious home! Tons of kitchen and dining space. Rooms were cozy and inviting. Living room allowed all members of my family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler) to hang out at once. Well stocked with the household essentials. Home just as pictured. Outdoor living was the best!! We absolutely LOVED the pool!! Plenty of seating. Home is close to airport, grocery store, zoo, beaches, shopping and entertainment. Negative review: Upon arrival, it was obvious the trash bin was not emptied. So there was a foul odor walking up to the home. The keyless entry and indoor knob broke. We could leave through a side gate but house wouldn't be secured. Communication with the property management/maintenance was not as expected but they were apologetic and the issue was finally resolved after multiple calls. The gas grill is old and rusted. Suggested to management it needs removed or replaced.

Perfect Family Spring Break/Conference visit

We decided to book this property so our three kids could enjoy spring break while my husband and I attended some sessions at the nearby convention center. The house was just as pictured (except for some changes to the outdoor furniture) and beautiful! We were delighted to find unexpected extras like pool floats and a cappuccino machine with coffee already stocked. Excellent communication with the property management. We had a small issue with a toilet and couldn’t find all the towels but they immediately helped.The other houses in the neighborhood aren’t as well kept or renovated but we didn’t feel unsafe. Yes, it’s close to the airport but that’s convenient and comes along with hearing airplanes! Our drive to the convention center and airport was 10 minutes. We had a 50 minute drive out to the Everglades to take an airboat tour. It was a wonderful stay we will remember for years!

Cute, family friendly House

The house is very convenient to the airport. We came for Spring Training baseball, but also enjoyed the zoo, playgrounds & beach. But the pool at the house was great.

Summer Family Gathering

Our family loved staying here! Lots of room, squeaky clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen great for meal prep, large table for family meals. Plenty of dishes, flatware and cookware. Pool was sparkling, shallow end was good for our toddler granddaughter. Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges perfect for hanging out. Second stay at this property, will be back again.

Private poolside oasis

We loved our stay here! The backyard/pool was incredibly private and peaceful. Easy access to the grocery store and highway. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit West Palm Beach.

Easter with family

This home was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The back yard area was lush with landscaping, lots of places to hide eggs for the Easter egg hunt! Pool was sparkling, shallow end worked out well for our grand child. There was a large table in the kitchen area for family meals (6 of us). Plenty of plates and utensils. Beds, linens, bath and beach towels all very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Great House

This is a delightful property 10 minutes from PBI and very convenient to everything in the West Palm/Palm Beach area. The house is furnished in a lovely modern style and there were many unexpected thoughtful touches not found in average rentals such as big fluffy towels, fresh white linens, large new tvs in every room and provisions to get you started such as coffee. The kitchen and dining area is is large, bright and inviting and it as well as the master bedroom open out into the backyard, which is beautifully landscaped with a lovely pool - a true oasis.

GORGEOUS HOME but QUESTIONABLE NEIGHBORHOOD & LOUD

The owner spared no expense updating this home. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside and the backyard is stunning!! What they don’t tell you is the neighborhood is questionable. Your view out the front window looks at chain link fences and 5 parked cars in the front yard or two boats on a trailers in the front yard. The school across the main street plays music for gym class M-F so morning coffee is thumping! You hear every airplane take off and land at WPB airport. It’s LOUD!!

Great staycation

My family drove up from Hollywood because we needed to be in West Palm Saturday night so we decided to make a weekend of it. The house is great and the pool and backyard were so fun and relaxing. Great proximity to downtown and the beaches.

Would Stay Again

I stay in these houses for work travel and I am in a lot of houses. This by far is the best house I have stayed in. It is perfect for a girls weekend or romantic getaway. Once you are behind the door you are in an oasis. I think this is my 4th house in the WPB area this season and by far the best. When I am back in the area I will absolutely try to book again (already have tried and it was already booked!).
