“I stayed at this property with a group of seven others for our annual college reunion trip, and from start to finish, it did not meet our expectations.One of the main reasons we booked this property over cheaper options was the hot tub. Upon arrival, our group shoveled the entire path to access it, only to discover that the hot tub was completely empty. We immediately contacted the host & THEN we were notified that we wouldn’t have the hot tub for the entire trip. This was incredibly poor...
