“Hotel facilities are nice and clean; however, I was overcharged, and as soon as I realized & called to get more details about it, they couldn't explain that. The supervisor on shift was rude over the phone and was not able to find my reservation/name/record in the system, and simply told me to call my bank without helping at all. Terrible customer service from management, very unfortunate bc the hotel was a nice option to return in the future”

“Good afternoon, we had high hopes of having an amazing time... Unfortunately, we were given a room where we easily found more than 20 cockroaches. We went to complain at reception and they did NOTHING. The staff only speaks their native language, and it's annoying because they don't even try. The phones don't work, and you have to go all the way to the front desk for anything. The pools are very nice, but honestly, the staff, the room, and the service left much to be desired.”
