We were given 3 addresses before being given one that didn’t match our booking at all. The host contact information was incorrect and it wasn’t until we were on the phone with support for an hour before we got in contact with someone. “Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes.”

“We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. “Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. “The apartment is small, but fit our needs as we were basically there to sleep and out being tourists most of the day and night. (2 adults and 2 young adults -- both 20) The location was perfect. Walking distance to theatres, times square, sooo many restaurants and subway when we needed it to get across town to Brooklyn. Alex was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay.”

“My wife and her friend rented this place for a long weekend to visit some friends in NYC- the apartment was really nice and comfortable and located close to a lot of places or to public transport - the amenities were mostly great - would loved to have had more hand-towels and also basic kitchen items like salt and pepper! Would highly recommend and will come back - thanks for the great weekend.”
