“Room comfortable , very good value my only pronlem was the steep stairs to my room and for some weird reason other guests found it a great place to stand outside my door late at night and shout at each other. “We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. “The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. ”

It's located in a very centric location, 5 min from the train station and the city centre and all bus stops. "Terrible experiencia. Se les llamó oportunamente para indicar que se llegaría un poco más tarde por las condiciones del camino y nos rechazaron, sin ninguna consideración. Nos dijeron que se cancelaria el Cargo ya que no no Podríamos hacer el checkin, pero en realidad después de ellos Mismo no permitirnos llevar, si hicieron el cargo por lo que termiron cobrando noches de hotel que no se utilizaron… consideramos un simple abuso. En contraste en el Hotel Carlton a pocas cuadras de allí nos recibieron a media noche antes de hacer checkin para que pudiéramos descansar en una noche lluviosa u fría en UK, sin hacernos un cargo extra. Eso se llama hospitalidad y apoyo a los viajeros, lo otro es un abuso materialista que está dispuesto a co tar por hospedajes que nunca se hicieron. Valla constataré en el trato con la gente !"
