This house is in a great location just 5-minutes from West Yellowstone. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. I'd give it 5 stars except for the floor plan. We booked because both bedrooms had king-sized beds. However, the adjoining 2-bedroom configuration is awkward with the sliding barn door wall between the two bedrooms requiring passage through one to the other. Somehow we missed seeing that aspect when we booked, so were surprised upon arrival. Probably not a big problem for a family, but for two couples (our situation) it could definitely be awkward.

This is a nice property and was reasonably priced and great for our needs. We would rent here again! Clean and very well stocked with cooking utensils. Layout is a bit strange (two bedrooms are connected and separated by a barn door) and not conducive to watching TV but who goes to West Yellowstone to watch shows?

5 star location and spotlessly clean

If you’re going to Yellowstone you’ll love this location. Close to the west entrance. Very clean and the owners thought of everything when appointing the place. The only odd part of the house is you have to go through one bedroom to another in order to get to the hallway. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying

Wonderful stay in West Yellowstone

Everything about this home was amazing. Extremely clean when we arrived and everything was exactly as described in the listing. I would highly recommend this home and would stay here again. One of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in. They truly go above and beyond to make everything really nice.

Comfortable and convenient

I chose this house due to its location (close to W. Yellowstone gate) and its new condition and amenities. The house is very nice and beds are really comfortable. My wife liked the fact it had a tub in one bathroom; she is a bath fan. Both bedrooms are adjacent to one another, separated by a barn door. So, to get to the rest of the house from one, you pass thru the other. Since we were traveling with our grandson, the layout worked perfectly well. When we arrived, I was a bit concerned that the house is located at the corner of the side road and main highway. With the windows open at night I thought road noise might be a distraction but it really wasn’t. All in all, a great stay.

Yellowstone was amazing !!! !!!

We had two adult couples staying in the house. It was very clean and well supplied. It is located about 5 minutes outside of West Yellowstone in a quite area. The living room was very nice with a large TV. Our only negative was that the couple in the master had to walk through the other bedroom to get to the living area. The two bedrooms were separated only by sliding barn doors. This was not a good setup for two adult couples. For a young family it would be great.

We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The accommodations were excellent and the location was close to the West Park entrance. The property was very clean and everything seemed brand new. While the exterior of the property was nothing to rave about, the rental served our purposes perfectly. I would highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at this house with our family of 5. We enjoyed being a few minutes west of West Yellowstone, felt secluded and peaceful. The home was in great shape, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed.

Excellent home in quiet location, close to West Yellowstone

Loved our visit to this property. It is very comfortable and in a quiet area. The owner went out of her way to ensure all necessities were available and even alert a lovely welcome hamper of local goodies. Highly recommend.

Convenient for Yellowstone

Bear Cub was cozy, comfortable, and convenient. While we didn't cook much during our stay, everything we needed was available. The two kings beds were very comfortable. The bathroom included plush towels, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The washer and dryer set was nice so we could do laundry before packing to head home. The cabin was super clean. Ice chests and bear spray were in the cabin. The bear spray gave us peace of mind during our hikes and the ice chests were nice for our picnic lunches in the park. The cabin is next to a minor highway but we didn't notice traffic noise. We did leave the windows on the road side of the cabin closed the entire time, only opening the windows on the opposite side of the cabin. It was enough to keep us plenty cool at night. We would definitely stay again on return visits.

So cozy, comfortable and clean!

My family and I spent a week here and it was so lovely. From the booking, to check-in and check out everything was super easy. The home was spotless and everything seemed very new. The house is very well equipped with anything you may need. The beds were comfy and all the linens and towels were high quality. The living room set up and fireplace made for some very cozy evenings after a long day in the park. Situated only 5-6 miles from West Yellowstone and the west gate of the park this home is conveniently located but away from the hustle of town. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The physical address listed on the home does not match the address listed on the VRBO listing. One says 30 the other 24 so it was a bit confusing. When the door code worked we knew we knew we were at the right house.

Excellent place

Great place near yellowstone west entrance. The house was very comfortable and had everything we wanted for a perfect stay. I would give a 10 out of 10 for the cleanliness, location and amenities inside the house.
