Inolvidable
Ha sido un lugar muy confortable, muy limpio y habitaciones amplias, las camas y almohadas muy confortables, los servicios del hotel mejor de lo que esperábamos, el desayuno más abundante que la oferta que teníamos. El parking muy amplio. Y a muy pocos metros de la entrada de west Yellowstone. Muy recomendable y muy , muy cerca a todo

The lobby is big with a fireplace and lots of taxidermy (may be a plus or a minus). The room had laminate flooring, which can be a plus with allergies, but the decor in the room made it feel cold and empty. Everything was sufficiently clean. We were hoping their breakfast included some protein, but were told that it did not include any eggs or meats. The afternoon desk clerk was friendly and gave us suggestions for dinner. We asked about the possibility of staying in our room for 1 more night and were told it was available as long as we let them know by 11am the next day. I called the desk the next morning at 7am to let them know we would be staying the 2nd night and were told that they did not have any rooms like ours available. We could check out and upgrade to a more expensive room if we wanted. We obviously were not happy that we had been given incorrect information and that management made no effort to correct the situation, so we checked out and thankfully were able to move to a different hotel in town. We would not stay here again.

Understandably this hotel is older, but they could use nicer beds they are so uncomfortable we actually had to place the flat extra pillows under the sheets to make it a little more soft and I don’t like soft, that’s how bad it was, also the vents in bathrooms were so dirty never get cleaned off, we had 3 rooms for 3 nights so it was costly and the kids were disappointed even the 5 yr old said her back hurt from the bed, also the kitchen staff is struggling, they don’t clean the high chairs, each day we had to take them Into the bathroom And clean them each day from the day before and the floors weren’t getting vacuumed properly, for 3 days the same food was on the floor around the tables we used. And I actually witnessed the worker yelled at a guest when she ask her where the hot water was in the coffee machine.

I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for the cost of around $100-150. For $300 a night I expected the hotel to be fabulous. Instead it was a dump. Very outdated and the room was small and the restroom was cramped. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. When I complained to the staff about the accommodations that could have cared less.

The lobby felt like coming home, not like a hotel. That might have been due to the lobby having a fire in the fireplace, or guests sitting in front of the fireplace, or guests playing games at the game table, or the beautiful grand staircase. The Stage Coach Inn was a very comfortable place to stay.

The property was very nicely decorated and very clean. All was nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of things, however I would have liked to see some warm food. Other than that all was very good.

Loud kids running in hall unchecked much of evening. Everything else great. A guest services. No coffee at front desk to make in room. But premade coffee free 24/7 if you felt like going downstairs for it. Overall i was satisfied.

Smoking in hallways and rooms. While I the pool we found out that the owner was watching myself and children play. Did not know there was a camera and we were the only ones in the pool. Front desk came in to tell my boys to stop diving which they weren’t they were just jumping. Very creepy for someone to watch kids and myself in a pool

Good hotel, clean quiet, and a great location, the hotel lobby is a warm and inviting place to hang out if you dont want to stay in your room. Lots of wildlife adorn the walls, the fireplace is a nice touch. Wouldreccoment this accomodation.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast muffins, rolls, waffles, cold cereal and boiled eggs. If you couldn’t eat bread you were pretty much out of luck. Definitely could improve the breakfast.

The room was very small. Okay for a night or two. Sauna took an hour to heat up. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good but would have liked real cream for coffee and sugar free syrup for my diabetic husband.

Hotel did not seem to be full, yet we were given a room right by the main stairwell above the front desk. The front desk staff were very friendly but excessively loud and the sound just reverberated up the stairwell. It finally got quieter about 10:30, I’m assuming because someone went home. The building is lovely and the room was otherwise fine. If we ever stay again, I will request a room much farther away from the stairs and the lobby.
