These are by far the nicest units in town compared to any hotelsl, A REAL seperate Bedroom! washer dryer, full kitchen with full size appliances, best pool 4 blocks to park entrance, it is the BEST

One Bedroom: King in master, queen murphy bed in living area. Full Kitchen, washer dryer in your own unit, Maximum occupancy 4.

This is a timeshare, All units are furnished the same and Wyndham Assigns the Specific unit at checkin. There are no guarantees for a specific unit, if you are renting this elsewhere and somebody makes that kind of promise, Beware! Your unit is cleaned upon exit for the next guest, not a hotel! no daily Maid service :) You can always wash any linens in your condos washer and dryer o feel free to do a linen exchange for fresh sheets and towels at front desk for no charge. Checkin is 5-6pm, if Room is ready, the resort can let you chekin earlier, But absolutely no guarantee of early checkin, Pictures are generic, all rooms furnished the same and will be as nice as pictured, Wyndham is always updating so units could be newer and brighter than pictured if just refurbished. There are elevators both sides of resort, unit can be 1st 2nd or 3rd floor no guarante for a specific floor. Very nice pool also a childrens pool and spa/hottub. Community gas grills outside are very nice. Really the best 1bedroom in town for any Hotel, true full kitchen stocked with electrics pots pand dishes etc... A real king bedroom for privacy and the living room has a fantastic queen Murphy bed, much nicer than any pullout.

There is No Air conditioning at the resort, there are fans, Per US weather service , Average High temperature in July/August is 79 degrees, Average low is mid 40s, there are fans in room and you can open window at night to cool down, , there are about 25-30 days a summer where it gets hotter. plan accordingly, If you are sensitive to heat in the 80s dont book, Most of the time it is not a problem, The building does get warm during the day, it is what it is, but I am just being cautious and trying to be very upfront so there are no surprises :) Please dont book if this will be an issue for you in any way, Please dont Book! I cant control the weather and heat, No refund for it being hot :)
