Lovely stay visiting family in the area. Suited our needs and the open plan of the main space was exception for cooking dinner whilst child watching. Amazing and communicative host who went above and beyond to be helpful.

We we’re in town for a family wedding and it was the perfect place to stay. Our host provided everything we needed and more. The house was clean and well stocked. He checked in when we arrived and was available should we need him. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely go back if we were ever in the area!

Gorgeous, Spacious Home, Great Hosts

We loved our stay. The space was gorgeous and the hosts thought of small details (coffee, snacks, beach towels, etc) that made this stay incredible.

Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood this home was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and spacious - just as nice as advertised, if not more. The host waa very proactive and responsive. He even helped us our with a request after hours! The home is truly a short walk to the water- we enjoyed several walks. We loved everything about this home

Great spot!

Kevin's place was the perfect family-vacation destination. Comfortable, equipped with anything we could possibly need, clean, spacious, and updated. The location is wonderful and the yard/outdoor space is amazing! Also, the host was a great communicator leading up to and during the trip for any questions I had. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is really great. Stayed with 3 friends, and there was plenty of space for us all to do our thing, to get ready for the day without tripping on each other. It was really clean. Easy walk to a beautiful private beach. Super quiet neighborhood. Owner is great at communicating - very quick and thorough responses. Highly recommend this home for rentals.

Beautiful home!

Wonderful home, bedrooms are beautifully decorated, kitchen has all you need and bathrooms were very clean. Outside patio is very nice too. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay—this home is in a pristine, peaceful neighborhood that’s both charming and relaxing. The area feels very safe and is perfect for a quiet getaway.The only small note I’d offer is that the main photo can be a bit misleading—it gives the impression that the beach is directly accessible from the backyard, when in fact it’s a short walk away. That said, the beach is still very close and easy to get to, and the overall experience was fantastic.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and you can walk to the private beach. Great location for the wedding at Waters Edge. We would recommend for vacation or a get away.

the house was well appointed, clean and provided for all traveler needs. the area was stupendous and wish we could have stayed longer. proximity to the waters edge resort (attended wedding) was a huge plus.

Exceeded all Expectations

I stayed at this property with 5 other adults for a long weekend and we loved everything about it! It was clean, well-furnished, and full of thoughtful additions (e.g, a snack basket, extra toiletries) that made us feel welcome. The short walk to the beach made for some lovely morning walks. All in all, our stay was phenomenal!
