La atención, la limpieza y la ubicación son excelentes. Me hospedé 2 noches en el hotel y cumple su función. Ojalá las habitaciones fueran más amplias.

Excelente hotel

It was horrendous. I paid for a room with a window. The window was in a basement room looking into a wall. That wasn’t the worst part. It smelled so bad, I had to use my perfume to try and disguise the smell which it didn’t. Then I realised I had a manhole in my shower which is probably where the smell came from. The bed was hardly made. When I left the covers I couldn’t tell if the bed was clean or made as it wasn’t done properly. I complaint to the front desk and asked to change rooms. When they asked me the question of how many nights I’m staying and I said 1 night, they were all of a sudden full. This place is terrible! I highly recommend you chose somewhere else. Hotels.com should not put to this hotel as an option and especially not at that price. It cost me £170 / night. Rip off!
