“Beautiful property but i found the bed to be uncomfortable it was too hard for my liking and the pillows didn't offer any support. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were friendly and courteous offering us some watm chocolate cookies upon our late check in at midnight. We were exhausted from the day and looking forward to some rest unfortunately I personally didn't find the bed to be comfortable”

“The gym was a disasters. 50% of the reason i booked here was for the gym and literally ALL of the equipment was broken. Told the feont desk about in on monday ... nothing fixed the entire week. Tild the front desk about it on friday and they shrugged and feigned to be unaware then told me they were waiting for a renovation. Big F&%K you . Offered me a greasy breakfast to make up for. 0 stars do not recomend. Should have offered me more”

“I have no issues with the room or hotel but I find it hard to believe you can’t have one clean room at 11 o’clock in the morning We had had a long flight in and although check-in is later in the day, I have never in the past had a problem getting in at that hour this time round we had to wait until almost 230 For elders that can be a long time to just sit around and wait”
