This was truly a 5-star stay. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully stocked for cooking, everyday living, and even pets. We stayed with my 2- & 5-year-old grandsons (and our dog) enclosed backyard was perfect. We even hosted a BBQ and Easter dinner--space worked beautifully. The location is ideal—close to the charm of Westerly, Watch Hill, and Misquamicut Beach, yet just a couple of blocks from everything you need. We also spent time in the Mystic Aquarium area and picked up Easter dinner from McQuade's Marketplace, which made things so easy. The owner was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend—we would absolutely stay here again

This property was exactly as advertised. Well maintained. Good access to downtown Westerly and Route 1 to access grocery store. Dog friendly. Host was an excellent communicator- responsive and timely. Highly recommend.

Wonderful in Westerly

We had a family vacation in Westerly, Rhode Island from July 14 - 17, 2025. Our VRBO rental was absolutely perfect for myself, my husband, my 89 year old Mother and our small dachshund Mikka. We also hosted my daughter and her family for breakfast and dinner a few times. They were staying at a different location and did not want to leave "grandma and grandpa's house". The house was beyond immaculate and fully stocked to accommodate all of our needs. The fenced in back yard gave us security to let Mikka safely roam. We will definitely return to our "Westerly Home Away from Home". Our Host, Kaneil, was gracious and prompt with every question I had. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is visiting the area! We spent a long weekend in Watch Hill and Westerly, Rhode Island for a family function. Our accommodations were lovely, clean and very suitable for our needs. I would highly recommend this location.

Pristine & Cozy Accommodation

The house is absolutely Beautiful, pristine, clean and comfortable. All the bedding was cozy and serene, we slept like babies. I decided to treat the ladies to an early Mother’s Day weekend getaway to Connecticut/Rhode Island for a Casino-Bingo trip and this house was the icing on the cake. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, and the set up of the house makes us want to rebook when we come back next trip because of the modern feel. We watched shows by the fireplace and the bathroom on the top and bottom floors were spacious and came with hotel like amenities. Five Stars 100 percent recommend. The host was very friendly and communicative, we appreciated the ease of check in and check out.

Christmas in westerly

The property was brand new and everything looked great. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a Christmas in westerly with family including a tree. There’s a nice yard and all the rooms were cozy and nice. Overall a great place to rent.

Anniversary stay

Our son's business was celebrating it's 5th Anniversary. The property was about a 1/4 of a mile from his location and maybe 1/2 mile from downtown. What you see on the site is how the property looks. Only thing negative that I would say is that the sound travels. If you are a lite sleeper you may want to bring earplugs. I would definitely stay there again next year when he celebrates his 6th, and anytime we visit if it is available Thank you

Perfection!

Out of all the places we've stayed on our "girls' trips," this was our favorite! All vacation rental homes should be this fabulous! The neighborhood was quiet; the propane fire pit was wonderful; the kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms, bed rooms, and laundry room; the cleaning supplies were easily accessible; there were plenty of blankets (both bed and beach); the heating/cooling system was easy to use; there were lots of indoor lighting choices; the two full bathrooms were great; the beds were comfy; the indoor propane fireplace was fun; there was an outdoor grill; we were greeted with a $10 gift card to a local coffee shop; the font/back doors were easy to lock; the home was centrally located to beaches and shopping; the entire home and yard was immaculate; the host was very responsive; we were not asked to clean up (but we did); and the price was perfect! we would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Outstanding in all respects. Convenient location.

High quality property. Loved the upper level wood floors in particular. The group included relatives from Scotland (on a cruise into Newport - our first meeting!), local cousins (our family has been in Westerly since 1909), my brother (Ohio) and I (NM). Brother and I stayed at this VRBO. The property was ideal for our needs. Well done!

We had a wonderful week at the Rest in Westerly. The house and property were welcoming, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is family friendly. The house is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Kaneil is a great host. We look forward to returning again soon!

Excellent Property and Location

Our family stayed at this location for about a week, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The property is in excellent shape, very clean and organized, and offers plenty of room for a family. This location is less than 10 minutes from Misquamicut Beach and the downtown Westerly area, which was important to us. We will certainly be looking to make this a regular vacation spot for us in the future, given our wonderful experience. Kaneil was also incredibly responsive and helpful when we had questions throughout our stay.

Beautiful, brand new, dog friendly home. 35 minutes to URI.

We needed a place to stay for URI’s graduation weekend. This house is a quick 35 minute ride to URI. Kaneil was a lovely host, who was quick to answer any questions. The house was immaculately clean, with all new furniture and comfy beds. The gift card that was provided for a local coffee shop was a nice touch. I needed to bring my dog with us for the weekend and there were dog bowls and a dog bed provided. The yard was also completely fenced in which was a plus. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

You'll be very happy with your choice!

We stayed at this property for a girls weekend to explore the area and for some rest and relaxation. This new build is in a quiet residential neighborhood, clean, well decorated and simply wonderful; 3 comfortable bedrooms with soft sheets and cozy blankets, 2 bathrooms with cushy towels and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy. The owner was remarkably responsive and cared about the quality of our stay. We were easily able to walk to town, and short drives to explore Watch Hill, Stonington and Mystic. This home is centrally located to all that Southern, RI has to offer and would be an amazing stay in the summer with quick rides to the beaches. 5 stars- highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Weekend Visit

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend visit at this property, reuniting with old college friends. The home and amenities are excellent. The responsiveness of our host for anything we needed was lightning quick. This is a terrific location for enjoying a restful weekend with family or friends, but it also would be fabulous during the summer months to explore the area too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

This was a beautiful accommodation for our family visit. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you may need. The owner was especially helpful and super responsive whenever I had a question. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here in the future.
