“My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”

“The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”

“Robbie's Place is located within a small village community in Black Rock. The area is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of more popular sites....about a 20min drive from Store Bay. The house was clean and modern with wifi, all kitchen amenities and local TV. The pool is nice. Was unable to taste the "sweet hand" for dinner...unfortunately our hostess was under the weather and was unable to provide dinner as advertised. Make sure to enquire beforehand about the availability of dinner...

“I stayed at Lorna’s Cottage for one week. Communications with the property before, during and after were excellent. I was able to check-in early, which was an added plus. Three of the amenities that I look for in this area of the world include good A/C, strong internet and a generally quiet environment. All three were excellent. “Comfortable studio apartment, well stocked kitchen and lovely view of the beach. Marvin was a great host- really responsive and on hand with anything we needed. Castara is lovely little town and the apartment was in an excellent location. We were unsure what to expect when booking but we had the perfect stay and would return again!”

“The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area.
