The staff was awesome the rooms were clean and tidy. The pillows well it was like there was no pillow under your head. The humidifier had mold in the water pan. Other than that I give it 4 stars. The staff get 5+ stars.

There is no drinking water in the hotel, and I am not demanding free water, I buy it without any problem, but there is none.

2 cabañas de lujo y casa del árbol con impresionantes vistas al lago, pozo de fuego y bañera de hidromasaje
These cabins were so rustic and cute, yet it still offered the modern day conveniences. We stayed during some pretty cold weather, the owner brought us out a space heater to help with the heat at night even though it was a holiday weekend. The hosts were absolutely a pleasure to work with!
