“We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and big this place was. In addition to the good sized bedrooms there was a very large sitting area and a very well appointed kitchen. The place was spotless. The decor was plain but nice and we were fine with it. Location is great, just off Pleasant Street (a major artery) and close to everything downtown.”

“I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. The only challenge that I would mention is that there are a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly with you, this may be a little bit difficult as the apartment...

“The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again.”

“We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“This place was cozy and perfect. My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. It's a king size bed, and they are sometimes hard to find so we were thrilled by that. The kitchen has all of your needs, we cooked a few meals and had all the pots and pans we needed. The couch and big chair were also comfy for our movie nights, when our daughter...

“Very nice location and property. It worked for our family quite well. We had a weeklong stay and during that time, we never located a hot tub, or a grill. They would have been nice to use as we had planned. This comfortable home was a nice place to call home while we were away.”

Multiple tables and abundant chairs for meals and board games. Lots of closet space. We cooked many of our meals in and enjoyed them in the comfort of the apartment which includes a full dining room. The hosts were attentive, helpful, and friendly. We’re looking forward to returning again in a couple months.”
