Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb.”

“We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Because it was the holiday the city didn’t come immediately so the water on floor was an ongoing issue. We couldn’t really hang out in the basement so it got a bit...
