“Hotel facilities are nice and clean; however, I was overcharged, and as soon as I realized & called to get more details about it, they couldn't explain that. The supervisor on shift was rude over the phone and was not able to find my reservation/name/record in the system, and simply told me to call my bank without helping at all. Terrible customer service from management, very unfortunate bc the hotel was a nice option to return in the future”
