“Debbie and her place were amazing!! The pictures don’t do justice to this restful place. I could feel myself relaxing the moment I stepped out of the car with the view, sounds of the waves and smell of the sea. While it’s remote, it is also very near to anything you would need. The house was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out and well stocked. Debbie was delightful and a joy! Next time, our stay will be longer!!”

“Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir das Haus zu erst ein wenig für uns erkunden, da Check In über die Schlüsselbox erfolgte. Was für uns unglaublich angenehm war. Jim, der „Verwalter“ vor Ort stellte sich später kurz vor. Sehr diskret, nicht aufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Das Haus begrüßte uns bereits wohlig warm vorgeheizt mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Vielen Dank hierfür :) Da wir über Weihnachten blieben, wurde sogar der Wohnbereich geschmückt. “This well appointed immaculate home provided all the comforts of home for our group of golfers from the USA. The beds were SO comfortable and the separate bathrooms for each bedroom were a real bonus. The property is tucked away in the beautiful, quiet West Ireland countryside and yet is only a five minute drive from the town center. “Enjoyed our time at the Tievemore house. Great view. Comfortable accommodations. Would recommend this highly. Ross beach was terrific bonus. There is BBQ grill left charcoal and lighter fo the next visitors. Confused about the recycling..Is glass handled separately? Think the Wi-Fi router needs replacing. Worked fine and then nothing. “We’re “day trippers” and value returning after a day’s foray to a welcoming home. Heaven, Too was just that and more: spacious to the point of luxury, with views that constantly drew the eye. I was often re-reading the same page two or three times because I was either distracted by the scene outside or drifting off in the comfort of the lovely sunroom. Highly recommended.”

“We had an enjoyable stay in the cottage. There is a lot of useful information material, but some information was outdated (WiFi password, name and number of the local manager, number of the proprietor). This made it difficult to contact manager or proprietor when we encountered a problem. Once contact was established, the problem was resolved smoothly. There is a nice 8 km walk starting from the cottage, the finest part of which is a stretch of coastline that is only accessible at low tide....

“We stayed for 2 weeks last year and 3 weeks this time. We have already asked for 4 weeks next year! Neither fashionable nor modern (the refrigerator is vintage 1970), it is the quiet respite we love and the location for daily drives and coffee looking out at Clew Bay. The housekeeper has made a huge difference in its upkeep, treated us as “her wee Americans” and gave us fabulous ideas for things to do, including Clew Bay Charters. We will count the days until we return.”

“Fantastisk beliggenhed med den smukkeste udsigt. Mulighed for mange gode ture - til fods eller i bil - fra stedet. Lejligheden var kold og uden radiator i spise-opholds-stuen (der var radiatorer i de andre rum). Vi savnede en ansat på stedet til at svare på spm. Fx da der ikke var varmt vand eller da vi ikke kunne få badet på 1. sal til at virke. Eller om de havde en mobil radiator til spiseområdet ;)”

“It is a really good house for a group of up to 10 people. It's three minutes from Westport by car and easily walkable too. The house overall was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The beds were really good quality and comfortable too. The only thing I would suggest is it would be great to have a few additional en suites but it worked well as it was for our group. We all agreed that we would happily rebook The Rocks were we to return to Westport again.”

“Ireland itself and especially this residence gave us way more than we expected. we rent this house for 7 persons and stayed 10 days. In fact it felt more like 3 weeks. You instantly feel home - there is a big difference if the residence is owner used or just commercially used for tourists.”

“Schönes Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Panoramablick über den Atlantik. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Im Ferienhaus gab es keinen Fön, wäre sinnvoll diesen mitzubringen. Das Haus liegt in wildromantischer Umgebung mitten im Connemara Naturpark. Galway, das kleine hübsche Stätdchen Cliften und Westport bis Achill Iland mit seinen schönen Stränden sind in ein bis zwei Stunden gut erreichbar. Zu den Cliffs of Moher sind etwa 3 Stunden. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und eine gelungene, entspannte...

The house is in the perfect spot for some of the prettiest views in Ireland! The view is to die for, the house is very clean, we did not want to leave! But hopefully we will be able to return and if so, it absolutely will be here again!
