Our first trip to the Pacific Northwest

The property was in great shape. The house was clean and all the appliances were new and worked well. The only complaint I have is the gas tank for the grill was empty. A text to the contact went unanswered. Our stay was great and the location was great to do all the things we wanted to do while we were there!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and fenced yard for our dogs. The bed is super comfortable and the home is in a great location. We hope to book again!

Great location!

Loved the location of this property! Walking distance to the beach and a cute playground, great variety of restaurants close by in Westport and on the way. House was stocked with everything we needed and more and had plenty of space for my 2 young kids to spread out and play. Would definitely rent again!

Great beach getaway!

A beautiful house, perfectly maintained, in a quiet and lovely neighborhood and a great decorated interior. The backyard Is something everyone needs to experience you can sit there for hours and just relax.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful I would definitely stay again besides the confusion of the address and the lock is towels and washcloths. Everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend staying here and we will be back.

Maybe just a fan on two of the upstair bedrooms would help. Wifi password in the book is wrong. Hot tub was great. One of the bikes had a flat.

Flexible space in great location

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, which made for great opportunities to watch the sunset and find sand dollars. The hot tub was a fun feature, and I appreciated the backup of having an air conditioner even though it never broke 70 degrees when we were there. Having a washer/dryer was nice when we got surprise soaked by seawater and all of the beds were very comfortable. My single issue was that we emailed the guest contact Evolve provided to see if an early check in was available and we never heard back, but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing trip! I would gladly stay here again!

Good except for two things

Bad first- we accidentally tried to get in the wrong unit and found the same code worked for the wrong unit! Contacted the property manager and they just wanted to know which one. They apparently had no issue with the lack of security. We tried to use the same code on the vacant townhome adjoining with ours and it was not locked at all. We did not feel safe. Otherwise, the place was clean, nice, and as pictured. Be advised, there are several of the same units surrounding. Not very private at all. Once someone checked into the rental adjoining ours, their dog got under the fence and in our yard. Overall nice place with a few opportunities.

Weekend beach getaway

A beautiful property. Great location close to drive on spots to access beaches. Has the same dishes our 3 year old has at home, so toddler approved. Might have just been when we were there but the mosquitoes in the back were out in force. Bring bug spray/ candles. Over all a great place we would come back to.
