The check-in was really easy. I wish they would have had instructions on how to work the keypad lock. But it was fine.At first glance, the condo looked clean. There were stains on the carpet. But nothing that I would complain about. The living room room was very spacious, and the bedrooms were spacious as well.My daughter and her friends wanted to go to the hot tub and there was no key fob available. I called the company that manages the property and they told me that they would get somebody to call me back later. My daughters were able to go down to the hot tub and somebody let them in.The next day I went down to the office and they told me that they could not give me a key fob that I had to work with the management company. Which was fine. I called back to the management company and they told me that they would have somebody contact me and they were looking into it. I heard nothing from them. I was leaving the next day so it wasn’t worth the time. As I was in the condo, a little bit more, the baseboards were not clean. And that was a big turn off for me. Would I stay there again? I’m not sure I would. There was no support from the management. And the condo was not as clean as I think it should have been. I know other reviews have mentioned the carpet and I’m just shocked that the owners have not replaced the carpets.
