I wasn't very pleased at all with this property. It was unclean when I arrived. Hair on the hard floors, damp towels in the dryer, moldy shower curtain, someone's sticks in the bathroom drawer. The carpet is heavily stained, kitchen tap leaks, tea towels in the drawer not folded, window blinds that didn't work. There were a lot of things that just made me wonder if the need linen was even changed. Definitely not worth what I paid for this rental. I travel a lot and this was probably the worst accommodation I have had.

Everything was good but some dishes were dirty. However those could’ve been put away like that from previous guests. There’s plenty of cooking amenities available in this condo and that was a big plus for us.

The location of our condo was beautiful. It was right off the beach and made the ocean very accessible. We enjoyed that. The check in process was also made quite easy which was appreciated. The condo itself however was a bit different. The kitchen was not stocked with all cooking supplie so we had to borrow a can opener from the neighbor. There were no garbage bags or a receptical to place garbage after it accrued in our condo. The floors were dirty. The carpet was white with multiple brown stains. The bathroom wasnt completely cleaned and a dirty rag was still hanging in the master bathtub as was there still sand on the floor. The guest bed was minus a top sheet and the bedspread was dirty. There was extra bedding, no sheets though, but the extra bedding was wadded up in a bedroom closet.

Ugh!

Dirty carpets, grey towels meant to be white; coffee maker banjaxed; painters banging ladders against windows disturbing our sleep…..it just goes on. Beach was beautiful but would never recommend it to friends.

first time to the ocean

this was my first time at the ocean and I will be returning. I love the location, I love the atmosphere, and my favorite thing is this is where you go to see the ocean. You do not go here if you want the beach.

Lovely home in the dunes with ocean vuew

We were not originally going to stay in this lovely home but due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booking we were offered this upgrade. We really were lucky! Vacasa really came thru in a pinch and saved our trip

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach was literally right out the door! Would definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely long weekend.

Property in Complete Disrepair

The condo was in a spectacular location with beautiful peek a boo views of the ocean. It was spacious and laid out nicely. Unfortunately, the property was in complete disrepair and never should have been on a VRBO site to rent. It is a Vacassa property and Vacassa was completely incompetent to deal with. They were aware of the pathetic condition of the property yet continued to rent it out. It was also clear that the owners hadn’t been willing to do any basic upgrades in a very long time. A list of some of the issues: Blinds on living room window and deck door were completely broken and couldn’t be raised to see the ocean views. Bedroom screens were punched out of windows and were laying in the grass two stories down. Fireplace wouldn’t light. Ice maker completely broken. Towels were threadbare and stained. Bedding was old and stained. Blood in the shower. Blood and drool on the bedding and pillow cases. Black mold on both shower curtains. Top of the fridge was nothing but grease and fuzz. The deck was so disgustingly moldy and filthy that we couldn’t even begin to sit out there on the beautiful 68 degree fall day without getting our own cleaning supplies and scrubbing everything down. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and emailed the local Vacassa office with some of our questions and concerns that Sunday evening. We emailed them again on Monday but never got any response at all. We called the Vacassa 800 number on Monday afternoon and the agent said she would “Start a Ticket

Westport condo

The condo was extremely clean and easy to get che ked into. Because it is a rental, the walls were scuffed with paint chipping and the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Those werent a big deal to us, it made me feel less anxious with the kids. Over all very clean, the closest to the beach and has a heated pool.

Excellent stay.

Very happy with my choice, I extended my stay a week. Rental is within 200 feet of the beautiful and wild Pacific Ocean. Untold natural beauty that I drove from Texas to see. Rental is as advertised. Very clean unit. Complete set of dishes, cookwear, linen. Comfortable bed. Full cable channel selection. Very peaceful at night, you can hear the ocean if you leave your window cracked at night.

Amenities not as advertised

Our stay was good and bad. Positives : Great location to the beach, very clean, easy access. larger than it appears in the pictures. Negatives: No cable, DVD player broken, internet but not a smart TV. Fireplace not working {not really that important}. We were there for three days two nights with our three grandchildren 10,6 &4 years old would have been nice to watch movies before bed. So, if you have kids my suggestion is bring along plenty to do or rent a different unit with those amenities. My main concern is that this unit is advertised as having certain amenities and that was false.

Great location

Great location and access to beach. Clean condo and management was helpful. Would have given it a complete 5 stars under description if it truly was an ocean view. It was more a partial view if on the deck and you were on the corner looking towards ocean. However quick access to beach trail and beach was maybe 25 yards. Would recommend.

Very comfortable condo

The condo is very clean and comfortable. It is managed by a company that has a 24 hour answering center that is quick to answer any questions. Unit is in a community on the beach, but doesn't have a direct view of the ocean. You can definitely hear the ocean though. The community is a couple miles from the marina/bay, so a little removed from the activities, but quiet. My only recommendation is to have coffee in the unit. There is a coffee maker, just no coffee.

Clean and nicer then pictures

This is a very spacious and clean condo. Better then pictures. Path to beach great access. One caution, this is a condo located bove and next to people so it may not be as family friendly as wished. We had a great time but where nicely asked to keep it down. Also, tons of parking but only one spot was allowed. That was an issue. Otherwise, u will love it👍
