“its really close to a lot of the attractions we were going to, beds were not comfortable and didn't have a clean feel, pictures were a bit deceiving making it look much nicer than what it is,, oh and the heat and cooling situation was very confusing. other than that it was good for the price, management was responsive, location was great.”

“This unit has many great attributes. The host, JC, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions. The location is very convenient and easy to access. It is very close to NRG so I can imagine certain events might make traffic a challenge, but we had no issues the weekend we were there. As another guest mentioned, the neighborhood felt a little “sketch”, but the property is very secure, quiet, and felt safe. We walked along Braeswood Bayou which is super close to the property. “Clean comfortable with plenty of space. Nice quiet neighborhood with just a little noise in the AM from the school across the street. All in all a great place and great value, wouldn't hesitate to stay again ”
